He is survived by: his parents, John Leary and Karen Leary (Harter); his wife Nicole Leary (Serina); his children, Michael Leary (Jessica), Dylan Leary, Haley Eberts (Cole) and Alyssa Leary; his siblings, John Leary, III and Christine Knepper (Chris); and his grandchildren, Ariella and Rowan Eberts.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 4:30 PM at the Robert S. Nester Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (2066 W Penn Pike, New Ringgold, PA 17960). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
