Steven A. Bartlett passed away on March 13, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his loving family. Born on September 21, 1964, Steve graduated from Sanborn Regional High School and Daniel Webster College. He owned Kingston Construction Company, where his expertise in septic system installations and site work for new construction and swimming pools was widely respected.
Steve’s passions brought him great joy throughout his life. He competed in mud truck racing with his custom-built trucks, earning the title of New England Mud Truck champion for many years and becoming known as the one to beat. He also loved riding snowmobiles and motorcycles and restoring classic cars.
He is survived by his son, Steven A. Bartlett Jr. and his fiancée Alana Vaspoli; his father, William S. Bartlett Jr.; his fiancée Lisa Fales; his sisters, Lynne B. Merrill and her husband John, Nancy L. Juneau, and Cheryl Spencer and her husband Clark; his brother, Sean Stinson and his wife Nancy; Lisa’s daughters, Morgan Riley and Amanda Kuken; his stepson, Douglas Paiva; and his nephews, Brendan Juneau and Ryan Juneau. Steve was predeceased by his mother, Marilyn Bartlett, his brother William Stuart Bartlett III, and his nephew Michael B. Merrill.
