He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond R. Ford, and LeAnne Ford, Jr. (Montuori). He is survived by: his children, Justin Ford of Allegany, Curtis Ford of South Carolina, Amber Ford (Shawn Mead) of Allegany and Elizabeth Ford (John Vail) of Olean; his grandchildren, David, Caleb and Raia; and his brother Raymond R. Ford III (Connie) of Bradford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Believers Chapel West (2522 W 5 Mile Rd, Allegany, NY 14706).
