Stephen Foster ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by A Natural State Funeral Service & Crematory on Mar. 9, 2026.Stephen Thomas Foster, 66, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 28, 2026 after a long journey with cancer at his home surrounded by family. Steve was born on August 9th, 1959 to Joseph R. Foster, Jr. and Nora (Ferguson) Penn in Humnoke, Arkansas before moving to North Little Rock. He attended North Little Rock Northeast, graduating in 1977. Steve went on to work for the railroad before starting his own landscaping business. Steve loved all animals and was always ready with a treat for his backyard squirrels or a client's pet.Steve is survived by his devoted companion of 39 years, Cheri Bullock, son Spencer (Marissa), and grandchildren Maddox and Rowen.The family would like to thank his caregivers at Baptist Springhill and Hospice for their love and care during his illness.
