He is survived by: his wife Gina Elaine Rigler; his children, Stephanie Cossell (Shandy), Nikole Padgett and Nichelle Hartman; his sister Susan Rompf (Kurt); and his grandchildren, Devvin Hartman, Lexxie Dafler (Tommy), Austin Sheley, Allee Samons, Aiden Cossell, Gavin Devilbiss and Emma Padgett.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Company.
