Stephen Foster ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Laird Funeral Home on Mar. 13, 2026.Funeral service for Stephen Foster, 45, of Timpson will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at Laird Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Wilson and Bro. Jackie Yates officiating. Interment will follow at Eden Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the service on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at Laird Funeral Home, beginning at 12:00pm.Stephen enjoyed a simple but meaningful life, filled with the things that were most important to him. He was a hard worker and made sure he did all that was needed to support his family. He and Mandi were high school sweethearts and were married on September 18, 2004. They have spent the past 21 years building the life they wanted and making dreams come true. Stephen was the proud father of his two greatest blessings, Ashlyn and Aiden. He never missed a moment with them if he could help it. He was exactly what a dad is supposed to be: loving, supportive, protective, encouraging and even adventurous at times. His presence in the daily life of Mandi and his kids was impressive. He wanted them to learn all they could to survive in a world full of inconsistencies.Stephen worked as a driver for Coca Cola and if you asked anyone about him, they would tell you he was consistent and dependable. However, the biggest thing everyone knew about him was how clean his truck stayed! He took great pride in making sure his work truck and his personal truck was immaculate. He was very proud of that.Stephen enjoyed doing everything with his family. There wasn't much they didn't do together. They went to movies, camped together, made sure to enjoy quiet time together when they could. He also treasured his mother-in-law and father-in-law who became a great role model for him and Mandi. Although he was always having fun and making life interesting, when Christmas rolled around, the kid in him came out and decorating became his prime focus to make the best memories with all those he loved!Stephen held a place in the hearts of many, but none more than his wife and children. He will be missed beyond belief but the memories, lessons taught and especially the promise of seeing him again will carry them forward, one day at a time.Stephen is survived by his best friend and wife, Mandi Foster; children, Ashlyn and Aiden; sister Heather Bates; brother Kerry Hilliard; father Thomas Foster; mother-in-law and father-in-law Ronnie & Robin Poskey and his nieces and nephews, Kimberly Renfro, Ben Brown, Matthew Bates, Christian Bates, Samantha Short and Megan Hilliard.He is preceded in death by his mother, Denise Foster; grandparents, Edward & Pansy Adams and sister-in-law, Denise Hilliard.Serving as pallbearers will be Patrick Garrett, Steven Arreguin, Michael Rimsky, Chris Derryberry, J.C.
