Born and raised in North Carolina, Stephen lived a long and full life marked by quiet strength, steadfast values, and deep loyalty to his community and the institutions he cherished. He remained closely connected to First Presbyterian Church and maintained a lifelong enthusiasm for NC State athletics as a devoted member of the Wolfpack Club.
He leaves behind family and friends who will remember his gentle presence and the many ways he quietly enriched the lives of those around him.
