Sattler, age 79, of Hemlock, formerly of Unionville, passed away at her home on March 14, 2026.Stephanie was born in Bay City on December 22, 1946, to Steve and Caroline (Trischler) Sattler. She graduated from Unionville High School in 1965. She later became a certified paralegal. She has lived in a few different places over the years, Unionville, Sebewaing, Millington, Saginaw and in Hemlock since 1995. She worked as a manager for Rick's Food Center for 10 years before retiring. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, camping, being outdoors, playing piano and helping to organize family reunions.Stephanie is survived by her son, Ryan M. Winter of Hemlock; 3 siblings: James Sattler, Steven Sattler and Gwendolyn Allanson; and many nieces and nephews.Stephanie is preceded in death by her parents, Steve and Caroline; two children: Steven J. Gruehn and Rae Lynn Huyghe; and two siblings: Kenneth Sattler and Courtney Sattler.Visitation and service will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at Juengel & Mellendorf Funeral Home, Inc., in Sebewaing, from 2pm until the time of service at 7pm. Pastor Michael Boyer from Immanuel Lutheran Church in Sebewaing will be officiating.Memorial donations may be given to the American Heart Association.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
