Kaiser was born in St. Louis on January 5, 1975 a daughter to Robin (nee Puckett) and Steve Horn. She died at Mercy Hospital Jefferson on February 26, 2026. She is survived by her husband Dale A. Kaiser, De Soto; her children: Zachary (Ashley) Walsh, Hillsboro, Nathan (Shelby) Walsh, Hillsboro, Christopher Walsh, Kimberly Walsh, Hillsboro, Cory Walsh, Hillsboro, Mattie Kaiser, Hillsboro and Brandi Kaiser, Versailles; her grandchildren: Robin, Aiylah, Camdyn, Riley, Cooper, Jace and Gage; a great granddaughter Aurora and her brother Randy (Erin) Czapla. She is preceded in death by her parents and her step father Mark Czapla. Stephanie enjoyed gardening and was a tremendous friend to all who knew her but most of all she was all about her family.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
