Bull was born January 4, 1951, in Smyrna DE to the late Handy John Haith and Frances Haith. She made her transition peacefully on March 4, 2026, in her home.Stephanie earned her education at Thomas D Clayton Smyrna HS. After completing her education, Stephanie became employed with the State of Delaware. She was also employed in the Geriatric field working with and providing care for the elderly. She then continued her employment at Playtex Inc in Dover DE.Stephanie met the love of her life Crosby Bull and the two were later united in marriage and became a family of five with their three children whom she loved dearly.Stephanie enjoyed life and doing the things that made her happy. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, shopping and eating different types of seafood and going to all you can eat buffets. She also loved spending time at the casino and before her health declined, she enjoyed just sitting outside and watching her great grandchildren play and spending time with her loved ones.She was preceded in death by her parents, Handy and Frances Haith; her late husband, Crosby Bull; seven siblings, Daisy Barrett, Betty Ann Burris, Lorraine Brinkley, Suevilla Haith, Juliett Caldwell, Frances Wood and James Haith, grand daughter Daijah Haith and her daughter Katina Bull.She leaves to cherish her memory her two sons, Anthony (Humphrey) Haith and David Haith (Linda) both of Delaware; four grandchildren, Darius Little, Zamale Bull, David Haith Jr, and Zaheeda Bull all of Delaware; eight great grandchildren; eight siblings, Cynthia Moses (Richard), Shirley Palmer, Pamela Williams (Raymond), Sylvia Brittingham (Leon), Attlay Bennett, Randy Haith (Eileen), Anthony Haith (Debbie), and Jerry Haith (Sharon).
