Stephanie Ann Olson

April 18, 1942 March 11, 2026

West Friendship, MD

Stephanie Ann Olson (Storey), age 83 of West Friendship, Maryland, passed away at home on March 11, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Born on April 18, 1942, she was a devoted wife, nurturing mother, and a steady source of strength for those she loved. Her life was defined by her deep love for Jesus, her family, others, and her country.

A “farm girl” through and through, Stephanie had always dreamed of living on a farm of her own. For 54 years, she and her husband Paul made that dream a reality on Fox Run Farm, where they raised their five children alongside horses, dogs, cats, chickens, sheep, and pigs. She was actively involved with the Howard County Fair every August, particularly enjoying her work with the 4-H programs and the Critter & Petting Barn. She cherished her time with her grandchildren, whether babysitting, driving them to music and dance lessons, cheering them on at sporting events, taking them on special shopping outings, or attending their graduations. One of her greatest joys was outfitting them in cowboy boots and hats before taking them to rodeos.

Stephanie was a woman of unwavering faith whose life reflected her deep love for her Savior, Jesus Christ. She lived each day guided by grace, kindness, and a servant’s heart, offering a beautiful testimony of faith in action. Her gentle spirit, faithful prayers, and daily example left a lasting impact on all who knew her. Her legacy lives on in the faith she instilled in her children and grandchildren and in the countless lives she touched with her kindness.

Stephanie is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Paul Olson; daughters Julie (Olson) Taylor and husband Robert, Amy (Olson) Pagnotta and husband Alex, and Carrie (Olson) Lodovici and husband Brian. She was predeceased by her daughter Jennifer Elaine Olson and her son Paul Benjamin Olson. She was the beloved “G-Ma” to her grandchildren Alex and Ali Pagnotta, Amanda (Pagnotta) and Doug Carpenter, Nick Lodovici and fiancé Kailey Flannagan, Anthony and Amy Pagnotta, Austin and Nicole Pagnotta, Gabby Lodovici, Alayna Pagnotta, AJ Lodovici, Joe Lodovici, Sophie Lodovici, and Dylan Taylor. She is also survived by great-grandchildren Aiden and Adeline Carpenter, Karson and Weston Lodovici, and Rocky, Paddy, and Johnny Pagnotta, as well as her half-sisters Lori (Storey) Mazza and Mimi (Storey) White and many other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
