He was a former City of Newport employee, avid street rod enthusiast, and member of the Hard Times Street Rod Club. He was preceded in death by his parents, Garnett McNabb and Mary Gilbert McNabb, brothers, Connie, Ruble, Keith, George Holland (Hod), Harrison and Everett, sisters, Geraldine, Beulah Williams, Jenny, and Mary Jane and life long companion Eunavee Dotson.
