He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Nee and Edith Fugate Nee (Godsey); and his brothers, Claude and Kenneth Fugate. He is survived by: his wife Glinda Fugate; his children, Stanley Fugate Jr. (Rosemarie) and Jenny Moore (Michael); his sisters, Debbie Vater and Barbara Young (Rick); his grandchildren, Samantha Moore, Gaige Moore and Joie Moore; and his pets, Scooter, Max, Barkley Remington, Bo Jangles, Boudini, Theo and Reece Buttercup. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home (316 Elm St, Ludlow, KY 41016). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
