Stanley Eugene Wood of Madison, Indiana, born in Columbus, Ohio, passed away on March 16, 2026.

He was predeceased by his parents, Vivian Walls Wood and Robert Stanley Wood, and his brother Charles Wood. He is survived by his girlfriend Dottie Richie of Lexington, Indiana; his children, Brandy Martin and her husband Ron of Ashland, Ohio, Shannon Wood and his wife Tina of Ashland, Justin Wood of Los Angeles, and Harley Wood of La Rue, Ohio; his grandchildren, Gauge, Riley, Rebecca, Kaley, and Mason; and his sisters, Ruthie Johnson of Plain City and Dorothy Coleman and her husband Bruce of Dublin, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Stanley will be remembered for the love he shared with his family and the quiet strength he brought to those closest to him. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
