Stanley E. Jackson

Stanley E. JACKSON, 83, of Wellsville, NY, died Saturday, March 7, 2026, in Highland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Wellsville.

Born October 23, 1942, in Wellsville, he was the son of Lloyd and Myrtle Maxine Aldrich Jackson. A graduate of Wellsville High School, he served honorably with the US Army. On March 3, 1962, in Wellsville, he married the former Marlene Fretz, who survives. He was employed as a source inspector by Dresser-Rand for many years. Stan was a member of the Wellsville Elks Lodge #1495.

Surviving besides his wife, Marlene, are: two sons, Chadwick (Rosemarie) Jackson of Byron and David (Michelle) Jackson of Gates; three grandchildren, Valorie (Rayme) Margara, Kevin Jackson, and Liz Richards; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Marlene (Robert) McDowell; a brother-in-law, Robert Burton; nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Delilah "Pat" Lamphier.

Friends may call at Olney-Foust & Embser Funeral Homes & Cremation, 34 West State St., Wellsville on Friday, March 13, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, with Funeral Services following at 1:00 PM. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Wellsville.
