Sophia Kinsley Faith Sturgill was born on January 19, 2026, in Hazard, Kentucky, and passed away on March 11, 2026, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky, at the age of seven weeks. She was the beloved daughter of Dustin Sturgill and Hannah Mullins.
Sophia is survived by her parents, Dustin Sturgill and Hannah Mullins; her siblings, Liam Mullins and Keagon Sturgill; her grandparents, Tonya Napier, Kermit J. Mullins, and Peggy Sturgill; her great-grandmother, Mary Back; her uncles and aunts, Brittany Riddell, Kermit Mullins, and Keith Sturgill; and her great-uncles and great-aunts, Merle Napier, Marie Napier, Maxine Fouts, and Kathy Mullins, along with many other loving family members and friends.
