In 1973, he married Rosamma Kalathara, and together they built a life centered on love, family, and community.Simson and Rosamma built a loving home where they raised their three children surrounded by close friends and family. A successful entrepreneur, Simson owned and operated several restaurants and businesses, including the acclaimed Indian restaurant Bengal Tiger. Through his work, he proudly shared the rich flavors and traditions of Indian culture with the wider community.As the respected patriarch of the family, Simson was known for his leadership, generosity, and determination. He played a significant role in helping many family members and friends immigrate to the United States, leaving a lasting impact through his vision and selflessness.Simson was predeceased by his parents and his beloved wife, Rosamma.He is survived by his two sons, Mathew and his wife Lynn, and John and his wife Alexandra; his daughter, Mary, and her husband Jason; and his four grandchildren, who were the joy of his life: Ethan, Jeremy, Austin, and Mirabelle.He is also survived by his two brothers, Simon and his wife Philly, and Stanley; his sister, Syretta Parakadavil, and brother-in-law, Dr. Mohan Parakadavil; as well as numerous nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.Simson will be remembered for his leadership, perseverance, and deep devotion to his family and friends.
