Silviano Candelaria Jr.

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Silviano Candelaria Jr. of Albuquerque, New Mexico, who passed away on March 6, 2026. He is survived by: his wife Frances Candelaria; his children, Antionette Oldfield and Silviano Candelaria; and his brothers, Carl Candelaria and Richard Candelaria. He is also survived by five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Queen of Heaven Catholich Church (5300 Claremont Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110). A rosary will be held on Thursday, March 19th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Thursday, March 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Thursday, March 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Santa Fe National Cemetery (501 N Guadalupe St, Santa Fe, NM 87501).
