Sidney T. Bailey Jr., age 80, of Sims, North Carolina, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2026.
Born and raised in the Sims community, Sidney lived a full life rooted in faith and family. He was a longtime member of St. Rose United Holy Church, where his presence and commitment were deeply valued. He will be remembered for his steady character, quiet strength, and the care he showed to those around him.
He leaves behind his loving family, who will carry forward the values and memories he shared with them. Sidney’s life touched many, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Interment will take place at Sane Williams Cemetery in Sims.
