She was born in Lincoln County Oregon to Floyd and Elsie Williams, the sister to 11 brothers and sisters. Upon moving to Lebanon, Shirley met Robert (Bob) Primasing and they were married December 1967. She worked mostly as a cook and was best known for her time at the Elk's Lodge. Shirley was a member of the Elks Lodge and the American Legion. She enjoyed spending her time with family, fishing, gardening, golfing and spending time at the Legion. She was loved by all who knew her and will be sorely missed.She is survived by William (Bill) Primasing of Lebanon and Dave Primasing of Clarksville TN; brother Larry Williams of Brownsville and sisters Carol Newell of Lebanon and Donna Antrim of Beaverton; four grandchildren Levi, Kyle, Will, and Evan Primasing and 3 great grandchildren Hallie, Reed, and Grady Primasing.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
