Shirley M. Haas

Shirley M. Haas, age 90, of LaGrange, formerly of Chicago, passed away peacefully. Preceded in death by her parents and siblings, she is survived by her nephews and niece, as well as many dear friends who will miss her greatly, especially Delores “Lori” Senora and Michelle (John) Eckerle. She is now reuniting with her beloved dog, Tiffany.

A world traveler throughout her life, Shirley found joy in fishing, golfing, and bicycling. She was also an avid collector of miniature buildings, thoughtfully creating detailed layouts for her collections. Her career at GE spanned 31 years, a testament to her dedication and steady presence.

Those who knew Shirley will remember her warm spirit and the many ways she enriched the lives of family and friends. She leaves behind a legacy of quiet adventures, cherished relationships, and a life well lived.
