Shirley L. Stickley

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley L. Stickley (Grant, Nebraska), who passed away on March 7, 2026, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley L. Stickley to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Smith and Florence Smith (Johnson); her husband Gerald Stickley of Paul's Lutheran Church; her son Rick; and her sisters, Sandra Thompson and Sherri Dancer.

She is survived by: her children, Paula Sparks (Dale) of Tampa, FL, Jeff Stickley (Lana) of Ogallala and Mark Stickley (Debi) of Hershey; her daughter-in-law Bonnie Stickley of Madison Lake, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Amyber Devick (Zachary), Latisha (Marvin), Kelsey (Erica), Preston (Jessica), Shania (Dreah), Quentin, Brandon (Brandi), Tyler and MiKayla (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Payton, Austin, Breckin, Charlotte, Lorelei, Liam, Emersyn, Rayna, Christopher, Scarlett and Aroara; and her brother Terry Smith of Sidney.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bullock-Long Funeral Home (409 Warren Ave, Grant, NE 69140). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (32695 Rd 768, Ogallala, NE 69153).

A memorial has been established in Shirley's memory for later designation.
