Shirley Jane Luallen Harvey

Shirley Jane Luallen Harvey, 77, originally of Tallapoosa, Georgia, and a longtime resident of Havana, Florida, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2026.

She was known for her love of flowers and cooking, but her greatest joy came from her family. With a caring heart, Shirley was always ready to help those around her, serving as a devoted caregiver and a steady source of comfort to family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Billy Harvey; her daughter, Emily Johnson (Spence); grandchildren Billy Lee Johnson (Alex) and Kristin Johnson (Austin); great-grandchildren Enlee Johnson, Charlotte Martin, and Jackson Sellers; and soon-to-be great-grandchildren Gracelyn Sellers and Mariella Johnson. She also leaves behind her sister and brother-in-law, Margaret and Wayne Parmer.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Herchel and Alice Luallen, her four brothers, her five sisters, and her mother-in-law, Betty Harvey.
