Miller Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. - Claysburg on Mar. 10, 2026.Shirley Feathers, 88, of Claysburg, passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at home.She was born on July 18, 1937, in Claysburg, daughter of the late Elmer Feathers and Kathryn (Feathers) Seymour.Surviving are five children Penny Jo Clayton (George), Kathy Feathers, Cindy Lou Eslick, Della M. Feathers and Charles B. Feathers (Melissa), eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, a sister Markeeta Thompson and two brothers Wilford "Buddy" Seymour and Galen Seymour.She was preceded in death by her longtime companion Charles B. Weyandt, a daughter Paula S. Feathers, two sisters Doris Ruth Ritchey and Maggie Ody, three brothers Kenny Feathers, Shannon Feathers and William Seymour Jr. and three grandchildren.Shirley was a homemaker and enjoyed tending to her flowers, reading, puzzles, picking berries, sewing, going to yard sales and spending time with her family.Friends will be received Saturday March 14, 2026, from noon until the 4:00 P.M. funeral service at the Leslie-Miller Funeral Home, Claysburg with Pastor James Neatrour officiating.
