Sheryl Brzozowski-Langley

Sheryl Brzozowski-Langley, 83, of Langley Road in Amsterdam, New York, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.

Born on April 10, 1943, Sheryl was the only child of the late Randall and Martha Somers. She first married the late Edward J. Brzozowski, with whom she had two children, Edward J. Brzozowski and Tara M. Brzozowski. In 1986 she married John T. Langley, and together they shared more than three decades of life and love.

Sheryl worked at Big N, Blake Realty Real Estate Agency, and Liberty ARC before becoming the property manager and bookkeeper for the family business, Langley Seed. She was deeply devoted to her family, and she was cherished in return. She found joy in country dancing and made it a point to attend as many Amsterdam community and social events as she could.

She is survived by her husband, John T. Langley; her daughter, Tara M. Brzozowski; her son, Edward J. Brzozowski, and his wife, Shelly Brzozowski. Interment will be private at Fort Plain Cemetery.
