Sherrie M. Ober

We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2026, at the age of 67, Sherrie M. Ober of Manheim, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Sherrie shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Sherrie farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lyanna Wolfe Schwenk Thome of Manheim and Warren Schwenk; her husband Gary L. Ober; her children, Angela Ruhl (Lawrence Wise) of Manheim, Jamie Ober (Trey Horsey) of Hatfield and Daniel (Marissa Ober) of Myrtle Beach, SC; and her brother Warren "Boomps" Schwenk (Sandra Kropf) of Lebanon.

Viewing will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chiques Church (4045 Sunnyside Rd, Manheim, PA 17545).
