Mrs. Shelly M. Haynes, 94, of Georgetown, Mississippi, passed away peacefully on March 7, 2026, at her home, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on March 21, 1931, to Roosevelt Haynes and Laura Mae Owens, Shelly lived a full life marked by quiet strength and deep devotion to those she cherished.

She was a loving and kind sister, mother, grandmother, and friend whose gentle presence brought comfort and warmth to everyone around her. Her family was the center of her world, and the bonds she nurtured with them remained steadfast throughout her long life.
