Shelley Konidaris

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelley Konidaris of Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 5, 2026, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ella Julia Schumacher and Milton Upsher. She is survived by: her brother Michael Upsher; her husband Athanasios Konidaris; her sons, David Lubin, Edward Lubin and Daniel Lubin; her stepchildren, Xaralambos Konidaris (Robert), Konstantina Konidaris-Watson and Sophia Konidaris-Wakefield; and her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Juliette, Robert, John, Emily, Stephen, Athanasios, Nikolis, Sean and Lyla.

Viewing will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Laurel Hill West Cemetery Funeral Chapel (321 Belmont Ave, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorila donations be made to the ASPCA.
