He was predeceased by: his stepfather Kenneth Tyler; his stepbrother Andre Washington; his grandfather Reverend James M. Lee Sr.; and his uncle Timothy M. Lee. He is survived by: his son Xavion Lee; his stepdaughter Nashawnta Jackson; his mother Beverly Lee-Tyler; his grandmother Alice Lee; his stepbrothers, Don Pressey and Sean Martinez; his brothers, Omar Hardgee and Kodie Tyler (Samantha); his aunt Margaret Keitt; and his uncle James Lee Jr. (Debra). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Whiting's Funeral Home (7005 Pocahontas Trail, Williamsburg, VA 23185).
