She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William Lee Webb, Sr.; her parents, Albert Allen Woodard and Ettie L. Peedin; her children, William Lee Webb, Jr. (Doris) of West Columbia, Loyd Allen Webb (Rebecca) of Dalzell and Bonnie Webb Wallace of Dalzell; her siblings, James Woodard of Goldsboro, NC, Linda Watkins of Princeton, NC, Nora Lee Woodard of Princeton, NC and Billie Mae Woodard of Princeton, NC; and her grandsons, William Lee Webb III, Joseph Webb and Michael Orta.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bullock Funeral Home (1190 Wilson Hall Rd, Sumter, SC 29150). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Bullock Funeral Home Chapel (1190 Wilson Hall Rd, Sumter, SC 29150). A burial will be held on Friday, March 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Fort Jackson National Cemetery (4170 Percival Rd, Columbia, SC 29229).
