He is survived by: his mother Margaret Koch Hagan; his wife Alice Hagan; his sons, Michael Wayne Hagan and Shawn Aaron Hagan; his stepchildren, Joezette Ayers and Herchel Ayers III; his siblings, Kathleen Hagan Miliam and Mark Hagan; and his grandchildren, Aaron Hagan and Judith Delilah Hagan. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the H. S. Smith Funeral Chapel (808 Ward Ave, Caruthersville, MO 63830). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the H. S Smith Chapel (808 Ward Ave, Caruthersville, MO 63830). A burial will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at the Maple Cemetery (Caruthersville, MO 63830).
