She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Fowler; her parents, Helen Thomas and Eldon Thomas; and her brother Dan Thomas. She is survived by: her sons, Rick Fowler (Stephanie) and Jim Fowler; her grandchildren, Nash, Brooks (Jessi), Sage (Chris), Vivan, Mila (Sierra) of Jessica, JT, Jaxon Fowler (Brandie), Joe Brown (Jenna), Andria Walker and Tiffani Miller (Mike); and her siblings, Dick Thomas, Tamara Walker (Mike) and Allyson Thomas. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.

A burial will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Orem City Cemetery (1520 N 800 E, Orem, UT 84097). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Nelson Family Mortuary (4780 N University Ave, Provo, UT 84604).
