Sharon K. (Strauser) Schreiber

Sharon K. Schreiber, age 69, of Greenfield, passed away on March 7, 2026, at her residence in Newburgh, Indiana. Born in Linton, Indiana, on January 11, 1957, to Donald Lee and Lena Darlene (Malone) Strauser, Sharon graduated from Greenfield Central High School in 1975. She married Anthony “Tony” Schreiber on March 31, 1979, at Trinity Park Church in Greenfield.

Sharon built a long and varied career, working at A&W Rootbeer, Tiffany’s Bakery, and as bakery manager for Marsh before joining the USPS, where she served for 30 years until her retirement in 2018. She found her greatest joy in time spent with her grandchildren, faithfully supporting them at their sporting events and cherishing every moment together.

She is survived by her husband, Anthony “Tony” Schreiber; her son, Adam (Kerri) Schreiber; her daughter, Angela Schreiber; and four grandchildren, Ella Russell, Harrison Russell, Ksenia Schreiber, and Asa Schreiber. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Donald Lee and Lena Darlene Strauser, and her brother, Donald Ray Strauser.
