Sharon Birke ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Oltmann Funeral Home - Union on Mar. 17, 2026.Sharon Birke (nee' Griffin), 75, of Beaufort, MO passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2026.She is survived by her husband, Norman Birke of Beaufort; two children: Myron Stone and wife Ashley of Sullivan and Anni Jones of St. Louis; three grandchildren: Juda Jones, Gabriella Stone, and Griffin Stone; six siblings: Brenda Espowe of Union, Ronnie Griffin (Pam) of Union, Susan Meyer (Roy) of Leslie, Diane Lansford (Dennis) of Sullivan, David Griffin (Wendy) of Union, and Donna Taylor of Union; four brothers-in-law: John Meyer of Union, Leroy Birke of Beaufort, Carl Birke (Vicki) of Beaufort, and Joseph Birke (Debbie) of Marthasville; four sisters-in-law: Gina Griffin of TN, Carol Lenau (Joe) of Union, Mary Gutting of Jacksonville, FL, and Lisa Pope (Greg) of Union; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.Mrs. Birke was preceded in death by her parents, Philip Griffin Jr. and Dorothy (nee' Haberberger) Griffin; parents-in-law, Leo and Cornelia (nee' Schroeder) Birke; one grandson, Kaleb Stone; one brother, Rodney Griffin; one sister, Linda Meyer; three brothers-in-law: Leroy Espowe, John Birke, and Douglas Gutting; and one nephew, Kurt Birke.Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Monday, March 23, 2026 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Union, MO with Rev. Peter Blake officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.Visitation for 75-year-old Sharon Birke will be held from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Sunday, March 22, 2026 at Oltmann Funeral Home in Union, MO.
