Sharon Diane Starkey

Sharon Diane Starkey, 75, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, in the Greenery Specialty Care Home in Canonsburg following a brief illness. Born on April 17, 1950, in Morgantown, West Virginia, to Albert and Esther Starkey, she was soon after adopted by Brent and Jane Genet Wilson of Clarksville, Pennsylvania. She spent most of her life at a nursing home in Bentleyville, Pennsylvania, where she found quiet joy in drawing, coloring, and working on word searches. A devoted Pittsburgh Steelers fan, Sharon always looked forward to holidays and birthdays with special anticipation.

She is survived by her brother Larry Wilson and his wife Patty of Clarksville, along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, her adoptive parents, and her brothers Harry and Brent Wilson. Those who knew her will remember her gentle spirit and the simple pleasures that brought her happiness. She will be dearly missed, now at peace in heaven.
