Ball, 82, of Brush Prairie, Washington, passed away on February 28, 2026, with herchildren by her side. She was born in Portland, Oregon.Sharon spent many years working in the restaurant industry before concluding her careerwith the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries. Throughout her life, she wasknown for her love of people. Sharon had a special gift for drawing others in, lifting them up,and making them feel valued and cared for.Her family meant the world to her. She was a proud and devoted grandmother who loved herfamily deeply. Her faith in Christ remained strong throughout her life and was a guidingpresence for her and those who knew her.Sharon loved gardening and could often be found enjoying the outdoors. She was a truesunshine worshiper who found joy in warm days and time spent outside. Her dogs meant theworld to her as well. She was preceded in death by her beloved dog Ronnie and leaves behindher faithful companion Mia.Sharon is survived by her children, Wendy J. Falls and her husband, Carl K. Falls, and EugeneM. Kuhn; her grandchildren, Vanessa L. Kuhn, Carl K. Kuhn-Falls, Dominique J. Falls, and ParisPeterson; and her great-grandson, Amari J. Shank. She was preceded in death by her parentsand seven siblings.A memorial service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on March 20, 2026, at Evergreen MemorialGardens in Vancouver, Washington. Friends and family are invited to attend and celebrateSharon's life.Sharon will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, strong faith, and the way she madeeveryone around her feel welcome and loved.
