Arnaudville - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 19, 2026 at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church honoring the life of Shannon "Buzz" Lagrange, 50, who passed away on March 14, 2026.A visitation will take place at Pellerin Funeral Home in Arnaudville on Wednesday from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM and will continue on Thursday from 9:00 am to 1:45 pm.A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 PM on Wednesday.Rev. Travis Abadie will officiate at the funeral mass. Readers will be Mia Williams and Sonia Miller. Gift bearers will be his godchild, Alyssa Leblanc and Bella Roberts.Burial will follow at St. John Francis Regis Cemetery.Buzz was a man who truly lived life outdoors and found joy in the simple, meaningful moments that brought people together.

Buzz had a deep love for fishing and hunting, always happiest when surrounded by nature. Whether he was casting a line at sunrise, out in the woods, or out frogging on a warm night, he felt at home in the great outdoors. He also enjoyed shooting guns, playing cards with family and friends, and collecting coins-each one holding its own story and value, just like the memories he created with those he loved.He is survived by his father, Curtis Lagrange (Judy); daughter, Ajha Thibodeaux, her husband and son; Step-brother, Ricky Hebert; Step-sisters, Mia Williams and Nickie Taylor, godchild, Alyssa Leblanc, and a host of loving aunts, uncles and cousins.He is preceded in death by his mother, Delia Lagrange; Maternal grandparents, Moise and Lucy Taylor; paternal grandparents, Lloyd and Geraldine Toby Lagrange, Sr.; step-brother, Christopher Taylor; godfather, Minus Taylor and a host of loving aunts, uncles and cousins.Pallbearers will be Ricky Hebert, II, Lonnie Zerangue, Cookie Lagrange, Lil John Deville, James Robin and Trent Lagrange.Pellerin Funeral Home (337-332-2111) is in charge of arrangements.
