Shandra Dell Browns

Shandra Dell Brown, age 48, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2026, at her residence in Morehead, Kentucky. Born on September 29, 1977, in Xenia, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Lenvil and Judy Pyles Brown. Shandra was a woman whose warm presence and genuine smile touched everyone she met. Even in times of hardship, her kindness and strength remained constant, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew her.

Above all, her daughters were the center of her world. She loved them with a fierce, unconditional devotion that shaped every part of her life. Her grandchildren brought her immeasurable joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Her love for her family was endless, and she poured her whole heart into caring for them.

Shandra is survived by her two daughters, Breanna Loschiavo (Kaylib) and Abigail Loschiavo, both of Cincinnati, Ohio; her brother, Devin Brown of Troy, Ohio; and her sisters, Buffy Boothe and Dianne Dipasqualc, both of Mansfield, Ohio, along with many other loving family members and friends. She will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched with her laughter, strength, and beautiful spirit.
