Shana Reamy

Shana Reamy, a beloved mother and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2026, just shy of her 70th birthday, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Born on March 8, 1956, in Provo, Utah, she dedicated more than thirty years to the banking industry, retiring from Mountain West Bank in 2021.

While her professional life reflected devotion and hard work, it was within her family and friendships that Shana truly shone. She took great pride in returning to school to earn her high school diploma and, above all, in raising her children, who remained the center of her world. Known for her caring and empathetic nature, she offered unconditional love and support to those closest to her. Her Christmas cookie bakes filled the house with laughter and warmth, while summer family camping trips created memories that would last a lifetime. Her macaroni salad became a beloved staple at every gathering, a simple expression of her gift for bringing people together.

Shana found quiet joy in making quilts, reading, tending her yard, and sharing her love of nature, music, and animals with her family. She is survived by her daughters, Angelique King and Christine Baker, her stepchildren, Tina Reamy and Doug Reamy, and many other family members and friends who held her dear. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Reamy, with whom she shared a deep and enduring love.
