Servelio “Sam” Pedraza, 73, of Belle Glade, Florida, passed away on March 13, 2026, after a prolonged illness. Born on August 26, 1953, in Santa Clara, Cuba, he immigrated to the United States at the age of 14. The only child of Servelio R. Pedraza and Maria Elena Pedraza-Fernandez, both deceased, Sam built his life in Belle Glade, where he met and married his beloved wife, Maria Elena (Maria), and together they raised their family.

Sam owned and operated his own exterminating business, proudly serving the Glades community since the 1980s. He found great joy in boating, fishing, hunting, playing dominoes, and listening to Motown music. After retirement, he and Maria became enthusiastic world travelers, sharing many memorable adventures with friends and family.

He is survived by his wife, Maria, his daughter Christina (Carlos) Rodriguez, and his cherished granddaughters, Leah Nicole and Laci Elise Rodriguez, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws. He was preceded in death by his son, Eddy Pedraza.

Sam will be remembered for his contagious laughter, upbeat spirit, and exuberant personality. His love of life and deep care for his family and friends will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
