He was predeceased by: his father Stephan Smith; and his grandparents, Helen Robbins, Roy and Jo Smith. He is survived by: his mother Carol McKinney (Bill); his brothers, Norman Smith (Debbie) and Paul Smith; and his siblings' children, Vaughan Smith, Spencer Smith and Kennedy. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Prairie Landing Clubhouse (1335 Pr Lndg Pkwy, Fort Wayne, IN 46804).
