He was born Sunday, May 24, 1964, in Springdale, Arkansas; to Newell and Georgia Graham Cline.Scottie married Stephanie Lee Jefferson on Friday, May 20, 1988, and together they lovingly raised two children, Randy and Heather. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and riding four wheelers. He loved to cook BBQ out on his smokers and hosting 4th of July parties for family and friends.Scottie was preceded in death by his mom, Georgia Graham Cline.He is survived by his wife, Stephanie Cline, of the home; two children, Randy Overton, Jr. and Heather Cline; and one grandson, Hunter Maritan. He is also survived by two brothers, JR Cline and Norman Cline; two sisters, Debra Williams and Vickie Cline; and his father, Newell Cline.Services are entrusted to Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory of Huntsville.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
