He passed away March 6th 2026. Scott was adopted by his parents George Sturzenegger and Sharon Stephenson. He grew up in Utah and spent summers in Arizona. He graduated from Bountiful Highschool. Scott married and later divorced. He had one child, his daughter, Kourtney Mae. One Grandson, Zayden McBain. He loved them both dearly.Scott loved being out in nature. Especially in his previous backyard in Bountiful, Utah. Gardening and yard work. Watching all the birds and deer pass through the yard. Walking up and down the creek. Sitting outside with a beer and cigarette was his way of relaxing. That place was his sanctuary.Scott enjoyed fishing and metal detecting. He loved his sci-fi and history shows. Believing in Ghosts, Sasquatch and Aliens. Collecting stamps, coins and hot wheels. Or taking a quick trip to Wendover. He enjoyed the simple things in life.Like a lot of people, Scott didn't have an easy life and had his own ways of coping. But in July 2022 he completed a rehab program and has been sober from alcohol since. A huge and great accomplishment. His daughter and grandson will forever be proud of him for that.Scott is preceded in death by his parents, Sharon and George. His sister Teresa. Half- brother Cory. Nephew, Josh.Scott is survived by his daughter, Kourtney Mae. Grandson, Zayden Mcbain. His cousin and friend Micheal Sean.
