Growing up, he enjoyed playing baseball, basketball and football. Scott was a dedicated longshoreman for 26 years and took immense pride in being a member of the International Longshore and Warehouse Union, ILWU Local 13. Through his hard work and leadership, he later became a respected Foreman with ILWU Local 94. Above all else, he was a devoted father whose love for his children was deep, unwavering, and unconditional. Those who knew him will remember his kind heart, humor, and strength. He had a way of making people laugh, helping others, and his presence brought comfort and joy to the people around him.
