It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Scott Douglas Anderson of Supply, North Carolina, who passed away on March 8, 2026, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Malcolm Anderson (Krogh Anderson) and Hoy Anderson; and his siblings, Glenice J. Pieske, Karen J. Hardtke, Valorie K. Anderson, Elizabeth M. Brotherton and Malcolm Anderson.

He is survived by: his wife Teresa Cumbee Anderson; his son Douglas Anderson of Supply; his grandchildren, Griffin and Abigail Moore; his daughter Diana Anderson Frye of Greensboro; his grandson Stuart; his son Edward Anderson of Supply; his grandchildren, Wyatt and Clara; and his sisters, Maxine Dacumos of Birmingham, Alabama, Teresa Skeen of Mooresville and Heidi Lane of Deep Gap. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the White Funeral and Cremation Service Shallotte Chapel (4690 East Coast Ln, Shallotte, NC 28470). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sharon Methodist Church (2030 Holden Beach Rd SW, Supply, NC 28462).
