Spring Grove, VA

Scott Allen Farley, 54, of Spring Grove, Virginia, departed his life here on Earth on Sunday, March 8, 2026, after a courageous battle with blood cancer. He was born on May 31, 1971, in Petersburg, Virginia to the late Eddie Joe Farley, Sr. and Gail Jeanette Dunlap.

He went to school in Prince George his whole life and graduated in 1990. He loved making memories with his family- from camping, four-wheeling, simply enjoying the outdoors, taking care of his property, and hanging out in his man cave with his buddy.

Scott is survived by the love of his life, Brandy Farley; his daughters, Kyndall and Taylor (Corbin) of Prince George. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Wrenley, Emersyn, Easton, and Mason who he adored with every stitch of his heart.

In addition to his parents, Scott was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jimmy and Freda Dunlap, and his older brother, Eddie Joe Farley, Jr. “P-Nut”. He also had two German Shepherds he shared with his wife. They were two strong companions that he loved as well and were always steady by his side.

Scott wanted to share his appreciation to Johnny Clements and family for helping take care of the property since he could no longer take care of it. The simple “thanks” Scott could give never seemed like enough. To Scott’s best friend, Robert Clements, for always being his constant, making sure to check in and come over almost every day he was off. You were more than a friend, but rather a brother. We as a family appreciate you more than words can describe.

Scott has chosen not to have any services; however, the family may have a celebration of life at a later date. If so, it will be shared.

Arrangements are by the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834.
