Santano Solano

July 26, 1950 March 9, 2026

Chicago, IL

Santano Solano passed away after a brave and steadfast journey, surrounded by the love and prayers of his family. Born and raised in Guerrero, Mexico, he embodied resilience and strength throughout his life. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and man of deep faith, Santano cherished the Lord and his family with all his heart.

He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Gabina Solano, their nine children, and twenty-three grandchildren, along with many extended family members and friends whose lives were touched by his spirit. Santano’s joyful heart found expression through his passion for music and celebration. He loved singing, dancing, playing musical instruments, and fishing. His warmth and kindness filled every room, and he gave selflessly to all those blessed to know him.

Though his family mourns this profound loss, they find comfort in knowing he is now at peace in the presence of the Lord, free from pain and suffering.
