Sanford Hanson

We bid farewell to Sanford Hanson (Waupaca, Wisconsin), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 6, 2026 at the age of 62. Sanford touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He is survived by: his parents, Duane Hanson and Carol Hanson (Thiel); his daughter Erin Schutz (Gunner); his granddaughters, Paisley and Sage; and his sister Linda Peters (Meryl). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Maple Crest Funeral Home (N2620 WI-22, Waupaca, WI 54981). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
