Sandra L. Lucero

Sandra L. Lucero, 55, a lifelong resident of Las Vegas, New Mexico, passed away peacefully on March 10, 2026, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on August 1, 1970, in Las Vegas to Susie and Eloy Lucero, Sandra was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She will be remembered for her warmth, her ready laughter, and the deep love she held for her family. She found joy in crafting, playing casino games on her phone and tablet, hosting backyard BBQs, and above all, spending time with her children and grandchildren, who brought her the greatest happiness.

Sandra was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Cassandra Lucero; her grandparents, Refugio and Aurora Sanchez; and many aunts and uncles.

She is survived by her loving husband, Anthony Sanchez; her children, Anthony Lucero (RaeNelle) and Tiffany Sanchez; her brother, Eloy “Lawrence” Lucero (Bernice); and her cherished grandchildren, Andre, Neveah, Josiah, Amiyah, Jodeci, Lilah, Jarvis, AJ, and Alyssa.
