Sandra L. Bellinger, 90, of Rock Island, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Friendship Manor in Rock Island.
Born and raised in the Quad Cities area, Sandra lived a long and full life in the community she called home for nine decades. She was known for her quiet strength, gentle spirit, and the steadfast care she showed her family and friends.
